OKC Painting Palooza

My sister Karen and I packed the car FULL and hit the road. Drove for 10 hours and stopped and played for a couple days in Amarillo, Texas. Rosemary West met us there and I got all her lovely packets/painted pieces for the booth. Then it was on to OKC.

Had a lot of fun being around like minded people. It’s a lot of work doing a booth, but it was a lot of fun. BIG Thanks go out to Karen, Jill and Nancy for your help with the booth. We all enjoyed meeting and talking to other artists. Got to meet lots of new friends, especially the neighboring booths.

Taught a Make it Take it and a four hour class. Hmmm, both classes were bees! Even had a beekeeper in my class that taught us all about bees. The main thing to remember is always lick your honey container when you think it is empty. A bee spent its whole life making what you are leaving in the container. They are such amazing creatures!
